Attracting and retaining students is paramount in higher education. All aspects of student life and experience are on the table to create an experience that will get and keep them. Moving away from traditional dorm cafeteria food to a more interesting and dynamic set of offerings was an important and high profile initiative. We were tapped to create multiple restaurant brands throughout the entire campus that had the brand fit, personality, and finish of finer off-campus establishments.
